CO2 laser cutting technology enables us to offer maximum flexibility and speed in order to meet changing requirements and demands.
The laser beam represents a clean, fast-acting and accurate tool which, thanks to its multifunctional characteristics, allows the machining of a diversity of materials. Parts with simple or complex geometries are easily prepared for assembly. This is, by far, the best option available.

Advantages of laser cutting
-
Great versatility in defining the contour to be cut. We can define any shape and complexity in the final cut with exceptional precision in the details.
-
Guaranteed reproducibility in the different manufacturing steps.
-
The laser power can be automatically regulated throughout the machining process in order to achieve the highest quality when cutting angles and small contours.
-
The cutting precision and the lack of mechanical contact with the part significantly reduce distortion and the appearance of impurities. The burr-free cut abolishes subsequent cleaning work.
-
The laser cut is characterised by kerf walls that are totally parallel to each other, perpendicular relative to the part, and not rounded, such as is the case in other cutting techniques.
-
The material is utilised more efficiently thanks to the small dimensions of the kerf produced by the laser beam.
